Beacon SLOT time cannot be 00:00 or 60:00

I tried to make a OBEACON  SLOT exactly on the hour.  00:00 or 60:00 do not work.  Possibly I don't know the correct syntax, but I couldn't find it either.  DireWolf just ignores the SLOT of 00:00 or 60:00 completely and only uses the EVERY from the point the program starts.

It would be nice if I could use SLOT, then EVERY greater than one hour, but I guess that's optional.
