Unable upload packet to IG

I'm try to setting up igate based on Direwolf 1.7 and TS2000.

RA3TAT-7 - my portable station
RA3TAT-15 - my igate
RA3TLB-15 - nearrest digipeater and igate

I'm transmit my position using RA3TAT-7 callsign and listen perfectly direct signal (first one) and nearest repeater signal (second):

but my igate do not upload my position to aprs server:

I'm see on aprs.fi upload only my nearest igate but not mine.

Sometime (very rare) i'm see upload from my igate for "digipeated" messages like this:

but i'm see any message received by air from RA3TLB-15 digipeater in log. Connect to aprsc work fine, upload pbeacon message with send=IG work fine:

Have you actually confirmed you're connected to the igate? Is -15 the only igate? What you say and have shown in pictures doesn't tell me anything about your Igating. I do see you were igated by another station many times. Remember that whoever igates you first to the servers will be the one that shows up on aprs.fi.

Looking up your call, it looks like you were igating fine. I do see your callsign with ssid doesn't match your login to the aprs server.

I'm found that APRS-IS server remove any dup record - RA3TLB-15 upload first RA3TAT-15 upload last and eliminated by deduping.
