Raspberry Pi APRS using RTL-SDR. Permission issue

Hello.
I've followed the PDF and instructions as listed, but I was having issues with RTL running.
I would like to make a suggestion.
Add
sudo cp /home/pi//rtl-sdr/rtl-sdr.rules /etc/udev/rules.d/

This was how I was Able to get the permissions fixed.
