Feature request WX info #35 Error using example

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to use Direwolf with weewx and wxnow.txt.
weewx is working, wxnow.txt is written, direwolf.conf is set up with the example here:

But I receive the following output:
Reading config file direwolf.conf
Config file: No = found in, -1, on line 264.
In Line 264 is my PBEACON configured like:
PBEACON every=1 LAT=49^29.08N LONG=8^32.43E symbol="digi" commentcmd=”tail -1 /var/tmp/wxnow.txt”

I have no idea what is wrong.

You probably did a copy/paste from somewhere rather than typing all of it.
Some document editing applications, change ASCII " characters to what they call "smart quotes" where different symbols are used at the beginning and end of quoted sections.
Solution is to retype the " characters for commentcmd.
