This adds an example rpm/direwolf.spec for RPM spec builders per the Fedora Packaging Guidelines, and adds a systemd service file, service configuration file, and logrotate config file allowing the process to run in the background. The RPM package creates an unprivileged user 'direwolf' to run the application itself, and when run under systemd has a very restricted environment.
